Vance Floors opened its doors in 1987 and has been laying floors for Bay Area families and builders ever since. Owner Len Vance and Nic work alongside a small crew that shows up on time, measures twice, and stands behind the work after the truck pulls away.
Most of what we do still comes from word-of-mouth — from the insurance adjusters, property managers, and remodelers who keep calling because we quote fairly and finish cleanly. Whether you need one bedroom or a whole custom home in Ruby Hill, the bid you get is the bid we'll honor.
